Wexford FC are delighted to announce that Evan Osam has signed a new deal to remain at Ferrycarrig Park for the 2026 season.
Osam made a strong impression after joining the club last summer, bringing both quality and experience to the left side of defence. He made eight starts during the latter half of the campaign and marked his spell with a milestone moment — his first ever senior goal, scored in memorable fashion away to Athlone Town.
Manager Stephen Elliott welcomed the news of Osam’s return, saying:
“I’m delighted to secure Evan’s signing again for the coming season. We were a very young group last year and will be again this year, so having experience in the squad is vital — and they don’t come more experienced than Evan. He was excellent for us when he came in last year, and I can’t wait to work with him again. He’s a real leader and someone the young lads will learn a lot from.”
Osam’s leadership and professionalism will once again play a key role as Wexford FC prepare for the 2026 campaign.
