Wexford FC are delighted to announce the establishment of our Grassroots
Academy programme, which will look to develop the technical ability of
players.
This programme will provide weekly coaching sessions for all boys & girls at
these age groups in the South East region. We are launching 6 centres around
the county. The sessions will take place every Sunday evening in each centre,
and will be overseen by Wexford FC coaches. There will be 3 blocks of 10
weeks each over the course of the year.
The idea of the Grassroots Academy is to provide the participants with the
same coaching programme in each centre on a weekly basis.
There will be a different topic each week and a progression on week to week.
The Grassroots Academy will be different to the Summer Camps in that the
focus will be more on developing players technical ability over a sustained
coaching programme. But our coaches will endeavour to make it fun for each
participant.

Price: €100 per child per 10 week block, 1 session per week per 10 week block.
Full payments must be make online when booking. No cash payments on the day.

Availability: Open to boys and girls from every club in the South East Region.
Age Groups: 3 age groups all coached separately.
