We are delighted to announce the signing of Maria O’Sullivan, the talented 23 year old goalkeeper joining from Watford FC Women.
Maria has represented Ireland at underage level and captained Cork City during a three year spell on Leeside (leading City out in the FAI Cup Final in 2020). She moved to the United States in 2021 for education but continued to play at college level there. After returning home the shotstopper had a stint at Galway United before making the move to the UK to join Watford last summer.
The Women’s Premier Division season gets underway on Saturday, 8th March with Wexford travelling to Athlone.
