Wexford FC is delighted to announce the signing of Ryan Kelly, an exciting young midfielder who joins the club ahead of the 2025 season.
Ryan arrives at Ferrycarrig Park following a spell at Shamrock Rovers Academy. Having joined the Hoops last year from Crumlin United, Ryan quickly established himself as one of the academy’s bright prospects.
He gained valuable experience representing Shamrock Rovers in a high-profile friendly against HJK Helsinki late last year and impressed further when he made his senior debut just last week. Captaining a youthful Shamrock Rovers side, Ryan showcased his leadership qualities and technical ability in a commanding 4-0 victory over Usher Celtic in the Leinster Senior Cup.
