HEAD OF PHYSIOTHERAPY
Wexford FC is recruiting a full-time Head of Physiotherapy & medical, working with the club Doctor to lead the performance and rehabilitation operations across senior and academy squads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the club’s physiotherapy and medical department with the club Doctor.
Provide assessment, treatment and tailored rehabilitation plans
Develop injury-prevention and return-to-play programmes
Work collaboratively with coaching, S&C and sports science staff
Oversee matchday medical services with the club Doctor (home and away)
Maintain player medical records with the club doctor in line with FAI requirements
REQUIREMENTS
BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy
CORU registration (or application in progress)
BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy
Experience working in sport or high-performance environments
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends
ROLE DETAILS
Position: Full-Time
