Toronto native Kayla Gonçalves is the latest new arrival at Ferrycarrig Park ahead of the new SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division season.
The 24 year old left back adds more quality and experience to the Wexford defence after three years of playing professionally in Europe including spells with French Ligue 2 side CA Paris 14 and in Portugal with FC Famalicão.
After her successful time overseas Kayla returned home to Canada for a season with Vancouver Rise FC last year and is now ready to make a big impact in the League of Ireland in 2026.
