Wexford FC can officially confirm that Jake Doyle has signed a major contract extension, keeping him at Ferrycarrig Park until the end of the 2028 season.
Doyle, who has been in sensational form this year – including recent spectacular goals against UCD and Kerry – has put pen to paper on a long-term deal.

Speaking on the announcement, Wexford FC Board Member Will McCreevy expressed his delight:
“We are delighted that Jake has extended his future at the club until the end of the 2028 season. It’s a real testament to the belief he has in our club, management, and long-term project here at Wexford FC.
We’ve been really impressed with Jake’s start this year. Not only his goals but his overall attacking contributions in games and professional attitude off the pitch.”

The announcement comes alongside our showcase captured at the historic Ferrycarrig Castle/Roche’s Tower House, symbolizing Doyle’s commitment to defending the Purple and Gold for the years to come.
Everyone at Wexford FC looks forward to seeing Jake continue to excel on the pitch as we push forward with our long-term ambitions.
