Wexford FC is inviting expressions of interest from enthusiastic and committed male and female coaches, as well as female Player Liaison Officers, to join our Girls Talent Development Programme.
Following the success of our Carlow Talent Development Centre, we are excited to establish a new, separate Wexford-based centre, expanding our player pathway and providing more opportunities for talented young female footballers across the region.
We’re looking for coaches who are passionate about developing players in a positive, player-centred environment and who want to play an important role in the continued growth of the women’s game. Whether you’re an experienced coach or looking to take the next step in your coaching journey, we’d love to hear from you.
At Wexford FC, we are committed to developing our people as well as our players. Successful applicants will become part of a collaborative coaching team, receiving ongoing mentoring, coach education, and support to help them progress along their own personal coaching development pathway.
We are also seeking female Player Liaison Officers who are passionate about supporting young players, fostering a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment, and acting as a key point of contact for players and their families throughout the programme.
