We are delighted to introduce our U17 Girls management team for the new League of Ireland Academy season.
Team Manager Artur Bienko (pictured above) has been with our U17s since 2020, joining our coaching team as a Goalkeeping Coach.
Artur started his coaching career with St Fiaccs in the Carlow District Juvenile League and also coached with the Carlow Gaynor Cup squad before making the move to Ferrycarrig Park.
Artur has done an excellent job as GK coach for the past three years with the Youths and we wish him all the best in his first season as U17 Team Manager.
Artur has appointed Noel Martin as our U17 Assistant Manager for the new season.
Noel has done a fantastic job as Academy Director at Wexford Youths Women FC for the past two seasons. Our Academy has grown from strength to strength under his excellent management.
Prior to that Noel had coaching roles within his local club Fastnet Rovers and was involved with the Wexford League and Gaynor Cup squads.
Teegan Lynch has returned to Wexford Youths Women FC and joins our U17 Coaching team for the new LOI Academy season.
Teegan signed for the Women in 2021 from Sion Swifts Ladies and was part of our FAI Cup winning team that season.
The Ireland under age international is currently studying Sports Coaching and Business Management at SETU Carlow.
We are delighted to welcome Emily O’Shea to our U17 Coaching team for the new Academy season. Emily specialises in Strength and Conditioning and is in her final year of studies at SETU Carlow.
Our U17s kick off their season on Saturday, 4th March at home to CK United.
