We are delighted to confirm Aoibheann Clancy has re-signed with the club.
Our midfield maestro made 24 appearances for Wexford in 2023 (in all competitions) and was named the clubs Player of the Season.
This will be her fifth season at Ferrycarrig, Aoibheann securing her place in the heart of our midfield after a string of impressive performances in her debut season in 2020. The following year Aoibheann had another stellar campaign for Wexford Youths Women and was named WNL Young Player of the Year.
After impressing at U17 and U19 level, Aoibheann made her Republic of Ireland senior debut in 2022 in an international friendly game against Morocco.
