Aoibheann Clancy made her 100th appearance for Wexford in Saturdays win over DLR Waves at Ferrycarrig Park. An amazing achievement for the midfielder who is still only 20.
Now in her fifth season, Aoibheann signed for the club in 2020 and was named WNL Young Player of the Year in 2021, helping Wexford Youths Women to their fourth FAI Cup win that season.
Aoibheann has also been capped at senior level for Ireland as well as at U17s and U19s for the girls in green.
Club captain Kylie Murphy made a special presentation to Aoibheann to mark the occasion on Saturday.
