Wexford FC Women can confirm Aoibheann Clancy has left the club.
Aoibheann joined us for the 2020 season, making her senior debut coming on as a sub against Bohemians at Ferrycarrig Park in August that year. The midfielder secured her spot in the starting line up soon after.
After a stellar season in 2021 Aoibheann was awarded WNL Young Player of the Year and was also named on the WNL Team of the Year.
During her time at Wexford Aoibheann made 114 appearances (scoring 17 goals), won the FAI Cup and made her first senior appearance for Ireland.
