Abbie Brophy attended this afternoons media launch event at the Botanic Gardens in Dublin for TG4’s coverage of the 2023 SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division which has returned for a third successive season.
Wexford Youths Women’s home game vs Athlone Town on 15th April will be broadcast Live on TG4 with a 7:35pm kick off.
The press release stated:
“Presented by Darren Ó Dubhgáin and produced by Fogarty Fenwick, Spórt TG4’s Sacar Beo will once again feature a team of expert football analysts across 12 live games in the 2023 season as coverage and viewership of the SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division continues to grow.”
“Each live game will also have exclusive behind the scenes action from the games across the Spórt TG4 social media channels and will make the games available globally via the TG4 Player App.”
League of Ireland Director Mark Scanlon said: “The partnership with TG4 has helped the SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division to reach a wider audience and the top class productions have helped showcase the talent on show in the League of Ireland, we are delighted to have them involved again for the 2023 season.”
