Wexford FC is delighted to launch our new Centre of Excellence, a key initiative fully supported by the club’s new Technical Board and our Academy Ambassador, former Premier League and Ireland international Kevin Doyle.
These new skill-set programmes place a strong emphasis on technical development, delivering age-specific coaching in a fun, positive and engaging environment. Each session is designed to help young players nurture their potential, with guidance from our team of UEFA-qualified coaches. The Wexford FC Centre of Excellence will compliment and enhance the great work already being done in players’ local grassroots clubs.
Ages:
- Boys and girls aged 7–10 (born 2016–2019)
- Boys only (born 2014–2015)
Duration: Phase 1 runs for 9 weeks
When: Every Monday, starting February 9th
Where: Ferrycarrig Park, Wexford
Cost: €130 for Phase 1, which includes a Wexford FC training kit (top, shorts, socks) and rain jacket
