Wexford return to Ferrycarrig Park this weekend off the back of an impressive 3-0 victory against Cobh, with a chance to overtake Treaty and enter the playoff spots.

Wexford come into this game unbeaten in their last 3. Clinical finishing in the second half against Cobh from Conor Davis, Jack Doherty and Dinny Corcoran put the game to bed, keeping the pressure on Treaty United. 

Longford are sitting comfortably in 4th, with a chance to leapfrog Waterford this weekend. Longford come into this game on fine form, having only lost 1 game in their last 7. Wexford will look to get back to winning ways at home, having not won at Ferrycarrig Park in the last 4 games. Longford on the other hand have only lost 2 of their last 8 away games.

Last time the teams faced, a superb free-kick from Jack Doherty gave Wexford an early lead. However, Sam Verdon’s last-minute goal after Lorcan Fitzgerald’s straight red card gave Longford a 2-1 win.
