Mr Wexford FC is back for 2022!

It was never in doubt - but we are delighted to confirm that Evan Farrell is signed for senior football in 2022.

The Piercestown man began his association with the club at U-11 level, joining the Talent Development Programme (TDP) at the time.

He has risen through the ranks and got his long-awaited breakthrough in the senior side in 2021.  He made 20 appearances and scored a memorable goal on the last day of the season in front of a blockbuster crowd.

Farrell is a capable and versatile attacking player, with the mindset to match his ability.  Farrell could be seen dictating the play in the Wexford U17 and U19 sides in recent years, showing plenty of leadership ability to boot.

He joins Len O’Sullivan and fellow Wexfordman Aaron Dobbs in today’s string of signing announcements!
