Wexford FC return to action this Friday night at home to Treaty United, looking to build on their victory last time out at Cabinteely.

Wexford have looked invigorated under Ian Ryan's management, along with the significant addition of the experience of Lorcan Fitzgerald.  The 2-0 victory at Cabinteely will surely have relieved any nerves and any mental blocks within the side, and optimism for better results is fully justified at present.  Doherty and Robinson combined well in the attack, with plenty of chances to make the win even more comfortable.  Fitzgerald added a great deal of composure in the defence, and will provide great leadership to players like Cleary and Carroll around him.

We are delighted to be welcoming back 100 fans to the ground at Ferrycarrig, please note that we have now contacted all fans who can attend on the night.  For everyone else, please join us for our livestream on LOITV.ie, with commentary from Ronan McCarthy and Scott Gaynor.

In team news, all players return from the break fully fit, so Ian Ryan has a complete squad to choose from.  The only absentee will unfortunately be Paul Fox, who was sent off for two yellow cards in the Cabinteely win.  Alex O'Hanlon and Luke Turner have now completed their loan spells, and return to their parent clubs.
