Wexford FC will travel to the Carlisle Grounds to face Bray Wanderers in the first Round of the EA Sports Cup, the tie due to take place on Monday, 4th March with a 7:45pm kick off time.

Bray Wanderers were relegated to the First Division last season and this will be the first competitive fixture between the two teams. The first League game against the Seagulls will take place at Ferrycarrig on Friday, 22nd March.

Wexford have never advanced past the First Round, in 2017 we were defeated 5-0 by Waterford FC at Ferrycarrig and last year we were knocked out of the competition by Cobh Ramblers 8-7 on penalties after the game ended 0-0 AET at Ferrycarrig.
