This Sunday afternoon Wexford Youths Women take on Kilkenny United in Thomastown in the 5th league game remaining this year.

With a lead of just a single point in the title race, every game will be critical for the Youths Women in the run in.

Speaking to club's media team during the week, defender Lauren Dwyer let us know her thoughts on the title race ahead:

"I think the pressure on the other teams at the moment, as they are trying to chase us and with matches being called off all the other teams will have a backlog that could take a toll on them.  Obviously we're going to put ourselves under pressure as we want to win every game that we play and we expect a lot from each other."

Kilkenny's squad has strengthened considerably over the course of the season, and the addition of former Youths players Tamara Furlong and Rachel Hutchinson will add some interest for the fans at Thomastown, but Dwyer indicated it will be like any other game for the squad:

"It will be the same as any other game we have to play.  It is going to be very strange having them in the opposite dressing room, but all any player wants to do is play football no matter what team it is with.  Kilkenny are improving in every game they play, Tamara and Hutch are great additions to have to any team.

Wexford Youths Women have a full squad to choose from, excluding the four attackers currently take part in the World University Games in Taipei - Claire O'Riordan, Rianna Jarrett, Aoibhinn Webb and Aisling Frawley.

Kickoff on Sunday in Thomastown is set for 2.00pm
